Where Can I Check the Back in Stock Alerts sent?
If you’re wondering how to find the details of the back in stock emails sent, this document will help you.
Login in to your Swym Admin, and click on under ‘Sent Alert Details’ in the Reports section in the left hand side menu.

Select the date range you want this information for from the top right hand side of your screen. This will show the details of the alerts sent in that time duration, along with details of the product it was sent for, and whether the alert drove a purchase.

Note:
- This report is available for starter plan users and above.
- Alerts are triggered immediately after a product restock. However, it might take a couple of hours to reflect on the admin.
- Pro plan users and above: You can download, search and sort the report.
