Integrating Swym apps with your Ometria account is easy. Our support teams are standing by to help you with every step of the process.
To get started, we’ll need some information from your Ometria account.
This lets us connect it to your Swym account so Ometria can receive data from the Wishlist Plus and Back in Stock Alerts apps.
To set up the Swym + Ometria integration, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open a ticket with the Swym support team
Send us an email at email@example.com letting us know that you want to enable the Ometria integration.
In your email, please share your Ometria API key and specify which custom events you want to enable.
Custom events include (but aren’t limited to):
- Back in stock event for a wishlisted product
- Price drop event for a wishlisted product
- Low stock event for a wishlisted product
- Share Wishlist
- Wishlist Reminder
- Email authentication event for when a user signs in to their wishlist and validates their email
- Back in stock subscription
- Back in stock event
- Back in stock reminder event
- Coming soon event
This allows our team to set up the Swym + Ometria integration behind the scenes.
Step 2: Integration setup and testing
After receiving your email, our support team will work directly with Ometria to enable custom events for your e-commerce site.
Custom events allow you to trigger automation campaigns and drive more sales with personalized marketing. They work directly with Swym apps so you can create data-driven marketing based on the shopping experience of individual customers.
The Swym and Ometria support teams will work together to test each custom event and ensure they are working properly.
Step 3: Build your flows and templates
After your custom events are set up, it’s time to start building flows and templates in Ometria. Doing so enables personalized, automated marketing campaigns for your e-commerce site.
This can all be done in Ometria.
