Challenged to Create a Seamless Wishlist Experience

Princess Polly’s customers live in the digital world. Launching a Tapcart mobile app to bring shoppers even closer to their favorite fashion trends was easy enough.

Hopping into the brand’s app from Instagram or TikTok lets shoppers quickly browse the looks being worn by their favorite influencers.

However, customers noticed that the wishlists they created while browsing the Princess Polly website weren’t available on their mobile app.

Princess Polly wanted to bring its customers a seamless shopping experience across all devices.

Increased Engagement with Wishlist Plus Integration

In June 2021, Princess Polly added Wishlist Plus to its mobile app.

This allowed customers to create synced wishlists across both Princess Polly’s website and app. Customers instantly loved the seamless experience across platforms.

The numbers back it up. Wishlist activity in the six months after implementation increased almost 3X compared to the previous six-month period. 

Princess Polly also saw its number of wishlist users skyrocket. By the end of 2021, the fashion brand saw almost twice as many shoppers using its wishlist feature.

Adding Wishlist Plus to our app really lets us connect with customers in a personal way regardless of how they are shopping.”

Conversions Through Targeted Notifications

The increase in Princess Polly’s customer engagement isn’t just empty numbers.

All notifications from the app are managed and sent with Klaviyo. Thanks to Wishlist Plus and its seamless integration with both Tapcart and Klaviyo, Princess Polly has been able to deliver targeted app notifications to customers based on their wishlist activity.

Sending customers who are already interested in a product on their wishlist a reminder notification boosts engagement and drives sales.

In turn, Princess Polly has seen its average order size increase by 3.5% since integrating Wishlist Plus with its mobile app.

The brand has also utilized wishlist activity from its app to deliver hyper-targeted, highly productive email campaigns with Klaviyo.
