Wishlist data is automatically synced between devices based on your email address. The most common way to associate a wishlist with a device is to log in. 

Anonymous users who would like to retrieve their wishlist from a new device can either log in or validate their email ID to access their wishlist with other devices. To do that, they simply click on Guest Shopper and enter your details. A confirmation email is sent. Once the confirmation link is clicked, all wishlists associated with that email address are synced automatically.
