The customer and their requirement:

Willow Boutique is a chic online clothing boutique started by Chelsea Sommers in 2020 while she was still a full-time NICU nurse. Her side gig has now turned into a thriving business, and a customer favorite when it comes to giving their wardrobes a touch of the ‘Nashville Country’ aesthetic.

Email and SMS were the primary channels that Willow Boutique used to connect with their customers. And so Yotpo was a central part of their tech stack. The fact that Wishlist Plus was natively able to integrate with Yotpo became one of the biggest reasons for them to choose the app.

Optimizing remarketing & retargeting by adding wishlist data to Meta ads

Another important channel for Willow Boutique for connecting with their customers is social media – specifically Meta platforms like Instagram and Facebook. 

 

With Wishlist Plus’ Meta Pixel integration, they can now serve dynamic retargeting and remarketing ads on Facebook using products that their customers have shown interest in.

We spend a lot of money on advertising, and I just know that the marketing team appreciates the data that they get (from Wishlist Plus).

Recovering cart deletes with ‘Save for Later’

Another feature that worked really well for Willow Boutique is the Swym ‘Save for Later’ feature. This robust feature allows customers to save an item for later, and easily move it back to cart to make a purchase when they’re ready. On average, Willow Boutique has been able to recover around 15% of cart deletes using this feature.
