Yes. If you are on the free plan , your shoppers can share their Wishlist via Email but for all paid plans, we also support sharing in social media like Facebook, Twitter and google Plus.

Is there a way I can expose the top Wishlisted items on my store?

Yes. As part of our Pro plan and above, we support the capability of showing the top n Wishlisted items of your store as a widget either on your home page or your product page. Similar to the featured collections that you are likely promoting across your site, think of the Top Wishlist Products widget as yet another collection that’s dynamically populated based on your site’s wishlist activity. If you would like to do this yourself, please check out the Top Wishlisted items blog

I use Klaviyo. What is your integration story?

You can create your email templates using your familiar Klaviyo editor and at the time of email send, our app will use those templates and we will send those emails. We will track the metrics for all the emails that get sent out in our dashboard. Please contact us for any deeper integration scenarios.

Do you support non-English locales?

Yes we do support the localization of strings within the app in all languages. However, this support is part of our paid plans.

}
if(!window._swat){
  if(!window.SwymCallbacks){
    window.SwymCallbacks = [];
  }
  window.SwymCallbacks.push(renderWishlistCounter);
}else{
  renderWishlistCounter();
}

How can I verify that my Wishlist+ module is installed correctly?

Once the Wishlist+ app is installed from the Shopify app store, you will get redirected to the Swym Dashboard so you can finish setting up the module for your site. This is where you specify all the configuration options for your Wishlist+ and publish those settings to enable the module. Once it is published, you can check the following items to verify that the module is configured successfully:

  1. The launch button for the Wishlist button should be visible on your site at the specified position, unless you chose a Custom option for the button.
  2. Clicking on the launch button should launch the Wishlist+ UI module
  3. You should see the “Add to Wishlist” button on  your Product pages
  4. Clicking on the”Add to Wishlist” button on a product should add that product to your wishlist – you should see a notification alert that shows up on the site confirming that the product has been added. You can also launch the Wishlist+ UI to verify that the item now shows up on your wishlist

If you see any issues with any of the above items, please email us about the issue you are seeing so we can investigate and resolve as soon as possible.

How I can make my shoppers aware of the Wishlist feature on my site?

This is a great question because doing this well will ensure that your Wishlist is effective in driving improved engagement, and subsequently more conversions. It is important to recognize the purpose that a Wishlist serves your shoppers – and target those shoppers with the right message to help create awareness. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Choose the branding for your Wishlist+ module to align very closely with your brand – and in a fashion that your shoppers will perceive as fun and engaging. For instance, if you are a fashion brand, you could consider branding it “My Wardrobe”
  2. Ensure the Wishlist is prominently featured on your site – and when someone accesses your Wishlist+ module for the first time, explain its purpose to them in very simple terms. Thankfully, the Wishlist itself is a fairly familiar concept for most shoppers given how prevalent it is, but the “Welcome” message is an opportunity to highlight the differentiation that you offer via the more comprehensive Swym Wishlist+ module. Where possible, you could also send them a “Welcome” email once they start using the feature and highlight the key aspects there as well.
  3. Spread the word via your social media channels when you first launch the feature. This feature is a value-addition for your shoppers that helps enhance their experience of shopping on your site, and using your loyal shoppers to help spread the word can be incredibly effective. You could even consider a contests/giveaways for Wishlist actions that shoppers take and where they share that with their social circle
  4. Send out an email to your email list subscribers announcing the launch of the feature – highlight the key features and give them simple instructions on using the module.
  5. Send smart notifications to shoppers on your site based on their browsing history and usage patterns recommending the Wishlist feature
What metrics can I get access to with Swym Wishlist+?

Swym Wishlist+ comes free with a rich dashboard that gives you deep insights into the engagement you are seeing for your Wishlist module. The Dashboard currently contains an Overall Metrics Summary screen along with the following 4 sections:

  1. Site Activity – Overview of session and device traffic to your site
  2. Wishlist+ Engagement – How your shoppers are engaging with the Swym Wishlist+ module
  3. Conversion Data – Conversion data for your site, both overall and Swym-influenced
  4. Identity Coverage – Data on anonymous vs identified user sessions on your site and how much value they drive

Can I use Swym Wishlist+ if I already have a Wishlist feature on my website?

Technically, yes, you can use the Wishlist+ app if you have another Wishlist already enabled on your site but it will likely become very confusing for your users when they see 2 Wishlists on the site. If  you are really keen on leaving your current Wishlist on the site and enabling Swym Wishlist+, we can help you with a custom implementation that allows you to integrate the two modules = – please email us at support@swymcorp.com if you’d like to explore that.
